Not really (yet). Today we use brain implants for neural electric stimulation. This has been done for almost two decades. This is used in epilepsy or parkinsons disease to stimulate parts of the brain. But replacing is a thing of the future. The brain has tremendous healing abilities on its own that we don’t fully understand yet as we don’t really understand the brain very well to create devices that can potentially replaces parts of it.
