    Question: Explain why the clouds sometimes are white or grey in color?

      This has to do with how much rain water they have. Thick dense clouds will obstruct light and they appear grey. The clouds that a thinner and with less water, appear white.

    As George said, it’s mainly dependant on the amount of water in the clouds.
